Onslow County Schools, located on the southeast coast, serves a studentpopulation in excess of 22,000. Currently the system includes 35learning sites: 18 elementary schools, 8 middle schools, 7 highschools, an alternative learning center and an early childhoodcenter. Teacher Job Fair participants will meet administratorsand teachers from each of the schools as well as a variety of centraloffice program administrators. Onslow County Schools offers excellent potential employment for bothexperienced and beginning teachers. The system employs an averageof 350 new teachers every school year.
